- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Manage technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end AI program delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring.
- Manage multiple AI work streams across enterprise environments.
- Ensure effective coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

- Lead end-to-end AI workstream delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices are followed.
- Coordinate across AI engineering, data, architecture, and quality assurance (QA) teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor coordination.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID management.
- Lead cross-functional AI teams and oversee delivery model execution.
- Monitor program progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
- Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across executive and technical audiences.
- Leadership of cross-functional AI, data science, and engineering teams.
