Handle projects, maintenance, operational support, tickets, and Epic upgrades while leveraging Epic Hello World expertise and certification.
Key Responsibilities- Support RCM transformation projects and deliver application enhancements across Epic Patient Engagement and Population Health environments.
- Perform application maintenance, operations support, ticket resolution, and Epic upgrade activities as required.
- Collaborate with shared-services teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable Epic solutions.
