Role Description s: QA Technical Lead with mobile testing and Playwright experience.
Strategy and Planning Define enterprise-wide QA standards, testing methodologies, and long-term quality roadmaps across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Framework Architecture Design, build, and maintain scalable, modular test automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices.
Tool Evaluation Research, select, and recommend the best tools for automation, performance, load, and security testing.
CICD Integration Integrate testing suites seamlessly into deployment pipelines to support continuous testing and Dev Ops practices.
Governance and Standards Establish code quality guidelines, metrics tracking, and documentation standards for testing teams.
Mentorship and Leadership Guide and train QA engineers and SDETs on technical implementations, best practices, and advanced automation techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with developers, product managers, and system architects to align testing goals with overall business requirements

Skills:
QA Technical lead with strong knowledge in testing concepts, mobile testing and automation tools like Playwright.
