You AreA hands-on identity security professional who is passionate about helping clients control who has access to what—and why. You have the technical skills to implement and configure Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, from building connectors and writing rules to customizing workflows and supporting access certifications. Day-to-day, you solve access and security challenges for clients and collaborate closely with your team to deliver high-quality results.

You can assess a client’s identity and security posture, anticipate requirements, and help shape right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, bring a creative and analytical approach to problem solving, and produce clear, thorough documentation. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and are eager to help clients build security into every level of their organization.

The Work Work on preparation of IGA design document, present the design document to the stakeholders.

Clarify/update design issues and concerns.

Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices

Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certifications.

Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IGA solutions

Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities

Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks

Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues

Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing and experience in rules development, workflow customizations

Report the upgrade status updates to Technical Lead.

Preparation of documentation for handover to operations team.

Participate in go-live activity in the production environment.

Good understanding of life cycle events, certifications, Plugin development experience

Should be passionate and driven towards customization/development

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
