Cannon Design is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Support in Minneapolis to assist with Windows and Office issues, equipment setup, and coordination with the IT team. This temporary role requires in-office presence and 24–32 hours per week.
You will monitor the helpdesk, assist local and remote users, and participate in hardware/software testing and upgrades. Travel may be required as needed.
