Oliver James are currently partnered with a US Healthcare Risk Platform seeking a Health Actuary to work in an entrepreneurial non-traditional actuarial role.
Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from customer data, and leading day‑to‑day relationships with key partners.
This role would suit someone who wants to be deeply embedded in one of healthcare's fastest‑growing markets rather than working in a traditional actuarial environment.
Role requirements:- ASA or FSA designation preferred, pre-ASA required
- ACO experience, preferably ACO LEAD
- Experience in Medicare claims data and emerging ACO models, including MSSP / REACH / newly announced LEAD model
What makes this particularly interesting is the level of ownership and visibility - you'd work directly alongside the founders, COO, and senior actuarial leadership on strategic initiatives shaping the future of value‑based care. The role is based out of a newly established office in Minneapolis with a growing presence in other states.
