About the Position
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our campus in Madison, WI. The role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counsel, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Requirements and Qualifications- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and suing and defending cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
