Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Minneapolis, MN office for a Real Estate Finance Attorney with seven to ten years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by real estate, as well as additional experience in land banking, mezzanine lending, preferred equity transactions, and/or additional financing structures. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in real estate finance who thrives on managing complex transactions independently from start to finish.

You’ll be a key player in our Real Estate Finance practice, handling high-profile transactions and leading closings with confidence. This position offers client interaction, and the chance to work on sophisticated deals for a nationally recognized firm that values collaboration and your expertise.

Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in sophisticated real estate finance transactions is required.
• Proven ability to run deals independently, including managing closings and client communications.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

• Sedentary work:
  Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
• Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
• The salary range for this position applies to Minnesota. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position.
  
  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $265,000 to $300,000 in Minnesota.
