Business Solutions Manager | Adams & Martin Group Legal Staffing

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Transactions:
    Draft and manage entity formation, buy-sell agreements, and sale/acquisition documents.
  • Real Estate:
    Prepare and file deeds and related filings.
  • Civil Litigation:
    Assist with pleadings, discovery, case file management, e-filing in state/federal courts, and communication with clients and court personnel.
  • Criminal Defense:
    Support pretrial and discovery processes, prepare trial exhibits, and handle implied consent filings.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Independent and collaborative work style.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems (e.g., Net Docs) preferred.
