Overview
Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with one (1) to three (3) years of experience to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

QualificationsQualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work at a national level.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Minnesota licensure or the ability to waive into practice in Minnesota is required. One (1) to three (3) years of bankruptcy/creditors’ rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
Our associate compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The salary range for this role is $190,000 – $200,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
