• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients, with a focus on general commercial, financial services, bankruptcy, and creditor remedies.
• Handle a diverse range of complex commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver exceptional legal services to clients.
• Take on a high level of responsibility and demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Self starter, driven, pride in work
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of creative problem solving and case management
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in financial services, bankruptcy, or creditor remedies is highly desirable
