Our goal is to use technology to transform and improve the way landlords and property managers navigate legal issues and collaborate with attorneys.
We are seeking the immediate hire of an entry level attorney (new members of the Bar, please apply to help with our growing landlord/tenant and civil litigation practices. We primarily help landlords with all types of legal disputes. Our ideal candidate will be very detail driven, a strong writer, and a team‑player willing to help wherever needed. You will receive mentorship opportunities, direct courtroom experience, and the chance to work with seasoned attorneys!
We prefer a candidate who has hands‑on experience with civil litigation during law school. We are looking for someone who wants to work and grow with our team.
- Draft and review complaints
- Attend eviction court hearings (primarily via Zoom)
- Prepare for and attend contested landlord/tenant dispute court hearings
- Research case and statutory law as needed
- Provide legal guidance and support to clients
What You Bring:
- Minnesota State Bar
- Ability to handle a high case load
- Detail Oriented
- Team Player
$90,000–$100,000 Dependent on Experience + Benefits.
