The Associate Attorney position is a full-time, on‑site role based in Minneapolis, MN. The primary responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in trials, hearings, and depositions. The role involves providing detailed legal advice, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the legal team and clients to develop litigation strategies and maintain case progress effectively.

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills for preparing pleadings, briefs, and legal documents
• Experience in trial preparation, courtroom proceedings, and managing depositions
• Excellent oral communication, negotiation, and client counseling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws and court procedures
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Minnesota State Bar
• Dedication to professional growth and maintaining the highest ethical standards
