OverviewAdams & Martin Group seeks a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join a dynamic litigation team specializing in creditor remedies, landlord/tenant disputes and commercial litigation. The role demands an independent, courtroom‑savvy attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys regular advocacy.
Responsibilities- Courtroom Advocacy – represent clients in court, focusing on evictions and conciliation matters.
- Independent Case Management – handle all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and motions to discovery.
- Team Collaboration – work within the Evictions & Conciliation Court group and collaborate on bank, finance, HOA, real estate, property insurance and construction litigation matters.
- Cross‑Functional Support – provide legal expertise across diverse practice areas.
- Legal Support – collaborate with specialized practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Full case load management – maintain a full caseload independently.
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota, in good standing.
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Strong oral advocacy and confident courtroom presence.
- Excellent written communication and client‑direct speaking ability.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
- Experience in creditor remedies, landlord/tenant disputes, and commercial litigation.
- Familiarity with HOA, real estate, and construction litigation.
- Demonstrated independence and legal acumen.
