Litigation Attorney

Overview

Foley & Mansfield PLLP is a national law firm with over 110 attorneys. We provide legal expertise and trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. This position is a hybrid, Litigaton Attorney role based in Minneapolis, MN.

$/yr – $/yr

• Represent clients in civil litigation across multiple practice areas.
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motion briefs and trial exhibits.
• Advise clients on pre‑trial strategy, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
• Manage a docket of cases, coordinate with paralegals and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges and court personnel.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or in‑house litigation department.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Admission to the Minnesota bar required. North Dakota and/or Wisconsin admission or eligibility preferred.
