You’ll negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with US and international legal frameworks, and manage litigation.

• Negotiate license and service agreements valued in the multi‑million dollars for healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, industry partners, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation and complex legal matters related to intellectual property, privacy, corporate, employment, regulatory risk, and vendor relationships.
• Own challenging projects and expand your knowledge of the healthcare IT industry.

• Strong academic and professional background in law.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn about a wide range of topics: intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
