Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, conducting case research and preparing legal documentation, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal counsel. Additional responsibilities may include interviewing clients, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with colleagues to develop legal strategies.
Main Duties- Assisting with high-volume immigration habeas practice
- Preparing high quality immigration‑related pardon applications
- Occasional affirmative immigration benefit work with USCIS
- Immigration court / BIA practice and representation
- Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability in drafting legal documents, briefs, and contracts
- Experience in immigration law, criminal law, or civil rights cases is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in any State
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and social justice
- Proficient in legal technology and case management systems
- No foreign language proficiency required but may prove helpful

Location:
Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area. Salary range: $133,000 – $160,000.
