Litigation Paralegal – Minneapolis

Zimmerman Reed is expanding its Minneapolis team and is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, immediate opening. Must have a minimum 4 years of litigation experience filing in federal court. The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role supporting attorneys across practice groups.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting factual and legal research in support of complex litigation
• Drafting, organizing, and reviewing legal documents
• Managing filings in federal courts and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements
• Maintaining detailed client and case information
• Supporting case teams with organization, deadlines, and trial preparation

• At least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of federal court procedures and e-filing
• A paralegal certificate
• High proficiency with Word, Excel, CRM systems, and general technology tools
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and comfort managing multiple deadlines
• A self-directed, positive approach and a commitment to producing exceptional work
