Litigation Paralegal – Minneapolis
Zimmerman Reed is expanding its Minneapolis team and is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, immediate opening. Must have a minimum 4 years of litigation experience filing in federal court. The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role supporting attorneys across practice groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting factual and legal research in support of complex litigation
- Drafting, organizing, and reviewing legal documents
- Managing filings in federal courts and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements
- Maintaining detailed client and case information
- Supporting case teams with organization, deadlines, and trial preparation
- At least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of federal court procedures and e-filing
- A paralegal certificate
- High proficiency with Word, Excel, CRM systems, and general technology tools
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and comfort managing multiple deadlines
- A self-directed, positive approach and a commitment to producing exceptional work
