This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Delivery Specialist based in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area. The Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the timely delivery and pick‑up of portable storage units, coordinating with customers to meet their needs, ensuring accurate oversight of inventory, and providing high‑quality customer service throughout the delivery process. The role also involves maintaining equipment, supporting logistical processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to manage customer needs and inquiries effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with colleagues and ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing support is desirable but not mandatory; a proactive approach is highly valued.
• Problem‑solving and integration skills to manage and adapt delivery schedules effectively to meet client expectations.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, ensuring safe handling and proper use of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
