Job Duties Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience at trade shows and events. Implement roles, responsibilities, and brand guidelines related to trade shows and event programs, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience required.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate or event marketing, with a focus on B2C marketing. Experience in scientific industries is a plus. Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading an events team. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience leveraging Mar Tech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and iCapture/Cvent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms ( preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
