• Set the Vision: Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Drive Growth: Expand service offerings, optimize pricing, and strengthen client partnerships.
• Lead Operations: Manage end-to-end logistics-courier, cross-dock, and warehouse-with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Own the Numbers: Take full P&L responsibility, control costs, and identify savings opportunities.
• Inspire Teams: Lead 50+ employees, mentor managers, and build a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Innovate: Champion technology adoption, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain zero-incident standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.

• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in logistics/transportation leadership, 5+ years in senior management.
• Skills: Strategic thinker, operational efficiency expert, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership.
• Knowledge: DOT, OSHA, FMCSA regulations; lean principles or Six Sigma preferred.
