Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN area
In this leadership role within the food & beverage industry, you’ll ensure that critical equipment and infrastructure are maintained, safe, and operating at peak efficiency. You’ll also guide a team of technicians, optimize preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize downtime and support operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:- Design and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all equipment and infrastructure
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team
- Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety and compliance issues
- Partner with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service contracts
- Build a parts inventory strategy to reduce downtime and support continuous operations
- Use data and root cause analysis to drive maintenance prevention planning
- Contribute to CAPEX planning and future equipment strategy
- Monitor budgets and manage facility-related expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, IT, and Operations
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities leadership
- Expertise in OSHA standards, building codes, and compliance regulations
- Strong preventative maintenance background and vendor management experience
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to prioritize and solve problems
