What do we need?The Senior Institutional Giving Manager leads the planning and execution of strategic grants and institutional funding. People Serving People has a strong institutional giving and corporate partnerships program that raises $1.5 million annually. This position is responsible for directing the foundation and corporate support strategy, ensuring timely grant reporting, and expanding into national funding opportunities. This role will also be responsible for national funding opportunities and leading institutional strategies for a future comprehensive campaign.
The role reports to the Director of Advancement and directly supervises the Institutional Giving Officer, the Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator. We are looking for someone who will invest in the leadership development of staff members they directly supervise and across the team. This position works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure integration and consistency in our internal and external efforts.
This person will have experience securing six and seven figure funding commitments and ideally has broad experience in the Twin Cities corporate and foundation landscape and can accurately communicate our mission.
$90,000 - $100,000 annually.
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.
