What You’ll Do
As a Senior Program Manager at Edmentum, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation and delivering high-impact programs that shape the future of education. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Lead enterprise-level programs from start to finish, managing multiple work streams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Drive transformation initiatives that matter, including process redesign, operational improvements, and change enablement across diverse teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and framing complex information into actionable insights.
- Champion PMO excellence, contributing to standards, templates, and best practices that elevate program management discipline across the organization.
- Own outcomes and impact, ensuring programs deliver measurable business results and adoption while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration and integration, working across functions to break down silos and create solutions for systemic challenges.
- Enable continuous improvement, leading initiatives that enhance delivery capabilities and strengthen organizational agility.
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-level programs with measurable outcomes.
- You are skilled in transformation, process re‑engineering, and organizational change.
- You have expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- You are proficient with program management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, ADO, MIRO, Confluence).
- You have working knowledge of BI tools and technical environments (databases, scripting, ETL, Generative AI).
- You are a strategic thinker with strong communication and influencing skills.
- You embrace adaptability and thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
- You foster inclusivity and collaboration across diverse teams.
- You hold a bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Pay range $100,000—$130,000 USD
Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; flexible Time Away Program; 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 wellness day; winter office closure December.
