Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000 with overtime eligibility.

Schedule:

Saturday–Wednesday, 3 pm–11 pm (Off Thursday/Friday)

The Assistant Manager role is a key part of the operations leadership team, assisting the General Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of a facility. You will oversee the facility and fleet, help hire, train, and manage staff, and act as an owner of the facility during shifts. The role offers growth opportunities; over 70 % of Assistant Managers have been promoted to General Manager.

• Oversee the physical condition and appearance of the facility and fleet.
• Monitor employee performance during shifts to ensure operational standards are met.
• Train employees to perform specific responsibilities.
• Complete assigned projects relating to operational improvements, maintenance, and shuttle repair.
• Handle customer service issues that arise.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Respond to shift staffing needs by contacting employees or personally covering the shift.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Ability to prioritize work and promptly follow directions.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Currently holds or is able to obtain all applicable licenses or badges for operating a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability and willing to take a certified Interstate driver test as part of the selection process required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
