Construction Project Manager will be a member of our Midwest Division and work in Iowa with occasional travel to project locations. This role will be focused on managing and overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and client communications during the design, construction, and closeout phases. This role will oversee overall construction project operations and deliverables, working with assigned Design, Pre-Construction, and Construction Project Managers for all client facing interactions and communications.

The Project Manager will “Quarterback” the Public Sector process and be the client face and primary relationship holder from contract to closeout.

Target Salary: $110,000-$130,000 depending on experience

• Build, strengthen, foster, and maintain a trust‑based and long‑term relationship with each client.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the project, managing the schedule and budget, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Work with management on project schedule tracking, monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billings and collections.
• Coordinate the project schedules between Design, Construction, Closeout, and the client’s needs to ensure successful and on‑time delivery.
• Hold staff accountable for project performance, deliverables & client satisfaction.
• Communicates all dates, deliverables, changes, expectations, and proper periodic updates to the client and Sitelog
  
  IQ team.
• Oversee the planning and design of construction projects, working with architects, engineers, preconstruction, project managers and other design professionals to develop plans and specifications.

• 5-10 years of industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Services, client Engagement, or related fields
• In‑depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Personable, relatable, and able to connect with and lead clients and internal teams
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project)
• Proficient in Procore, construction management software
