Position: Project Manager - Executive (Non-Tech)- PMO

10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract role with our financial client in Minneapolis, MN. This role will be hybrid 4 days onsite. Compensation: $80.00 - 90.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Governance:
Establish program structure, operating cadence, meeting facilitation and communications for the project. Program Structure:
In partnership with business owner, establish the work streams with functional owners for clear delineation of effort and prioritization. Meeting management: agenda coordination & prioritization with business owner/sponsor to elevate key discussions in established forums. Project Delivery:
Establish the end-to-end project plan, critical path with key milestones for the effort. The PMs will manage overall project delivery including tracking of project financials (if applicable) and reporting for ELT-level materials. Risk Mitigation & Status Reporting:
Ensure we are mitigating, solving for and decisioning the right things tohelp initiatives stay on track. Document & Artifact Management:
Ensure robust documentation and transparency to project status, risk mitigation plans and issue management resolution. Other work products as defined by the ATK framework. Status Management:
Aligning with business owner on status coloring (Red / Amber / Green) and elevation of risks, issues or key decisions for status reporting. Financial Management:
Rigor on budget management of program including – actuals, resource planning and forecasting, PCR (project change requests), and Business line IRB process.
