PwC Experience Center Stockholm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead external audit engagements for Pharma and Life Sciences clients in the Minneapolis region.

• Lead technology‑enabled external audit engagements and drive client service accounts.
• Supervise, develop, and coach audit teams and manage client engagement work streams.
• Analyze and solve complex audit and financial reporting problems and develop top‑quality deliverables.
• Confirm adherence to U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards and utilize digitization and automation for increased efficiencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5 years of audit experience.
• CPA license in the work‑office state (or equivalent certification in home country for international hires).
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate audit teams.

Salary range: $99,000 – $252,450. (Washington state range: $99,000 – $297,000.) All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
