We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about supporting children, families, and early educators. In this role, you'll help ensure our school runs smoothly while fostering meaningful connections, supporting staff development, welcoming new families, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality early childhood education while fostering a supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the school
- Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, onboarding, and professional development
- Help maintain licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements
- Partner with families to provide outstanding communication and customer service
- Support enrollment efforts, waitlist management, and family onboarding
- Coordinate community events, school activities, and family engagement opportunities
- Assist with purchasing and budgets
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming school environment
- Step into classrooms as needed to support staff and ensure appropriate child-to-teacher ratios
Qualifications
- Meet Minnesota teacher qualifications and successfully pass a DHS background study
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Related field is preferred.
- Previous early childhood education experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergency situations when needed
