The OpportunityWe're partnered with an established building automation systems integrator seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing BAS/BMS projects. You'll oversee multimillion-dollar projects from kick-off through completion, working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team that is continuing to grow. This role offers a clear and achievable pathway into Program Management and leadership positions as the business expands.
Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of building automation projects from inception through closeout
- Coordinate internal engineering, programming, commissioning, and field teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Oversee subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance expectations
- Support the successful execution of multiple large-scale commercial and retail projects
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within Building Automation, Controls, or BMS
- Experience managing commercial and/or retail automation projects
- Strong understanding of BAS controls, HVAC systems, and project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of lighting controls is highly desirable
- Salary up to $115,000
- 15% annual bonus
