Dermatology Area Business Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Dermatology Area Business Manager - Minneapolis, MN to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will oversee district-level field operations, leading a team of representatives to drive performance across a defined territory. The position focuses on executing strategic business plans, managing budgets, and strengthening customer and stakeholder relationships in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. It also requires close collaboration across functions, strong coaching skills, and disciplined market analysis to support growth and compliance.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $139,000 – $280,400 annually

• Supervise district operations and manage a team of 6-10 representatives
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets
• Monitor performance and market trends to maximize business potential
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Coach representatives on cross-functional collaboration and digital tools
• Ensure compliance and uphold district standards

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales preferred
• Experience with key thought leaders in large practices or managed care organizations preferred
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and coach others effectively
