• Compensation: $21/hour

• Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM to end of shift; must stay until work is completed)

• Supporting and maintaining food safety and quality assurance systems.
• Monitoring production lines for compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Conducting sanitation inspections and environmental/allergen swabbing.
• Collecting environmental, microbial, and product samples.
• Titrating PAA wash water levels; checking scale, thermometer, and metal detector functionality.
• Accurately documenting and reporting quality data.
• Communicating with production supervisors and managers regarding product issues.
• Identifying and escalating non-conformances.
• Verifying proper labeling, packaging, and product specifications.
• Assisting with internal audits and third‑party inspections.
• Participating in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supporting quality and food safety training for production staff.
• Maintaining calibration and verification records for QA equipment.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic English writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Reliable, accountable, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained within the QA team.

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Background in quality assurance or regulatory compliance.
• HACCP, PCQI, or SQF certification.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Somali, etc.).
• High school diploma or higher education.

• Ability to work in a cold environment (34–42°F) – PPE provided.
• Wet floors and surfaces – waterproof boots provided and required.
  
  Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
