Material Handler I – Padagis LLC
We are hiring a Material Handler on 2nd shift (2:42 pm‑11:42 pm Monday through Friday) at our New Hope, MN location. The role focuses on general warehouse material handling duties to maximize storage efficiency and minimize damage. Functions include receiving, shipping, production staging, bulk receiving, warehouse sanitation, cycle counting, inventory control and related off‑site warehouse responsibilities.
Shift pay – $18 / hr–$26 / hr depending on experience and qualifications, plus $1.75 / hr overtime for 2nd shift.
Job Duties- Perform general warehouse material handling tasks.
- Operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks, store and remove items from warehouse storage racks, and complete required documentation.
- Support operations with necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper equipment care.
- Continuously seek and help implement improvements to processes, productivity, quality, and cost.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Staging Crew duties – Responsible for the entire staging process, including physical set‑up of materials and ensuring accuracy and completion of staging documentation. May be required to lead and direct others as assigned.
Off‑site Warehouse duties – Responsible for the entire staging process of loads, unloading and loading of product, and accurate documentation. Receives and verifies raw material and components received. Maintains a clean work warehouse environment.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalency.
- Ability to follow standard work and SOPs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and basic computer proficiency.
- Current forklift license or ability to qualify within 7 days of filling the position.
- Experience with in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills; knowledge of weights and measures; basic mechanical ability and reading/comprehension skills.
- Must meet all locally defined training requirements.
