Position Summary:

As Continuous Improvement Lead you will drive operational efficiency through the deployment of Lean principles and process optimization strategies at the plant level. This role partners cross‑functionally to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

• Utilize Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Review current workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Deliver training sessions and provide hands‑on guidance on Lean tools and techniques.
• Track progress of Lean projects, evaluate results, and recommend adjustments for better outcomes and cost savings.
• Create and maintain standardized processes to ensure consistency and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years in a Lean or Continuous Improvement role with proven expertise in Lean principles and process optimization.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean tools such as Kaizen, Management for Daily Improvement (MDI), 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Problem Solving, and Standard Work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaborator.
