• Hand deburring very small to medium sized parts, primarily under a microscope.
• Use various micro hand deburring instruments.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality requirements.
• Assemble components: position, align, and connect parts and subassemblies.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Adhere to quality control standards and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of tools and components.
• Experience supporting precision manufacturing processes using microscopes for close‑tolerance work.

• Comfortable asking questions about quality criteria for various parts.
• Open and honest communication is critical to success.
• Works well in a team environment and partners with other departments to solve problems.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime if needed. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.

Day Shift: Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Alternate schedule:
Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
