$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Own press set‑up, operation, and maintenance on KBA 105/106 (6‑ and 7‑color, 40”).
• Guard color and registration—monitor, measure, and adjust continuously.
• Tune ink/water balance for optimum density and detail.
• Troubleshoot swiftly to minimize downtime and waste.
• Partner with production to meet deadlines and daily goals.
• Keep the work area spotless, organized, and safe.
• Comply with safety standards and company procedures.

2nd shift, four 10‑hour days:
Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

• High school diploma or equivalent; printing technology training is a plus.
• Experience as a Litho Press Operator or similar printing role.
• Strong understanding of offset processes and press mechanics.
• Detail orientation with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Clear communication skills and a positive approach.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
