(Flexographic) Printing Press Operator - 3rd Shift

We are currently seeking a (Flexographic) Printing Press Operator to join our Minneapolis team. The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude and will be responsible for operating a flexographic printing press. They will need to be detail‑oriented for set‑up and adjusting the press to specific job requirements, work alongside others to safely produce quality printing while minimizing waste and maximizing output, and complete quality checks according to customer specifications.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and performing general maintenance. Additionally, the candidate must be open to participation in the new Apprenticeship Training Program to train as an Envelope Machine Adjuster/Printer.

This is a union position (PPPWU Local 11M) and will be assigned to 3rd shift (Sunday–Friday AM; 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). A 3rd shift hourly differential of $0.95 will apply.
