Key Responsibilities h3>- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on coolers and conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the maintenance team.
- Proven leadership and management experience in maintenance roles.
- Strong electrical and general mechanical knowledge, especially with coolers and conveyor systems.
- Food processing experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills.
Shift: First shift, 6:30 AM — 3:30/4:00 PM. Salary: $90,000 — $110,000 base + extended hours pay and bonuses (potential total up to $120,000).
