• Hands‑on ownership of press setup, operation, and quality for every run.
• Exposure to leading platforms:
  Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS.
• Clear production goals, supportive teammates, and a culture of safety.

• Set up and operate flexo presses to consistently achieve top‑tier print quality.
• Monitor output, adjust settings, and verify quality at each stage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
• Work closely with production to meet deadlines and throughput targets.
• Maintain precise production records and raise issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards from start to finish.

• 2nd Shift: 2 pm – 12 am, 4 days per week.
• 4‑crew schedule: 12‑hour shifts rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week; 6 pm – 6 am.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in printing is a plus.
• Background as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or similar capacity.
• Deep understanding of narrow web flexographic processes and machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out routine maintenance.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a quality‑first mindset.
• Strong communicator and dependable team player.
