! We are in search of a proactive and skilled individual to keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. You'll employ your expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer controls for a range of tasks including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of bakery food processing machinery, physical structures, and mechanical and electrical systems.
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

- 5+ years of maintenance within a manufacturing setting
- 3-5 years with electrical systems
- Bakery experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic machining and industrial electrical control wiring
- Capability in troubleshooting pneumatics and light industry machinery
- Metal fabrication and welding proficiency required
- Experience in conduit bending
- Understanding of relay logic systems
- Ability to operate within 480v - 208v systems
- Familiar with the NEC Code
- Expert in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Ensure the reliability of equipment with prompt repairs
- Contribute to the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to reduce downtime
- Diagnose and repair technical issues in equipment
- Maintain and repair machinery and facility support structures
- Test machinery for functionality and validate projects
- Commit to safety protocols and guidelines, including Lock-out/Tag-out
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines
- Troubleshoot and innovate solutions for PLC and plant systems
- Document tasks using software and communicate effectively
- Aid in equipment transitions and troubleshoot related issues
- Manage part inventories and reorder processes
- Ensure top-tier product quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Perform maintenance on marine-grade boilers and water systems
- Analyze issues at the main electrical panel
- Additional duties as assigned by management
