Shift: Day Company: Micro‑Matics LLC

• Operate Esco machinery following standard work instructions.
• Load and unload parts and monitor machine cycles.
• Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections.
• Accurately record production and quality data.
• Identify and report quality or equipment concerns.
• Perform basic cleaning and light preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, simple calculations).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and desire to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
