• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, valves, burners, motors, control circuits, agitators, and piping systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and other process machinery.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs or part replacements to restore operations.
• Ensure all plant equipment operates safely and efficiently in alignment with best practices, codes, and regulations.
• Work collaboratively Production minimize downtime and maintain safe work practices.
• Promote safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across maintenance and production areas.
• Work in various environments including confined spaces, elevated areas, outdoors, and around chemical processing equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, workstations, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or management team.

• Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance on process equipment (boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues in at least three of the following areas:
  • Welding
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Pipe fitting
  • Machinery/Equipment Maintenance
• Ability to read mechanical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, and operate a forklift.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator (half‑face or full‑face air purifying).

• Welding and/or electrical skills.
• Boiler experience or active boiler license.
• Experience in chemical or resin manufacturing environments.
