Architecture and Engineering firm looking for a leader to join and oversee our Electrical Engineering team, ideally someone with Federal project experience.

You’ll help shape innovative built environments that go beyond expectations and foster vibrant, resilient communities. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals—working across multiple office locations and remotely throughout the U.S.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• 20+ years of relevant industry experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, or the ability to obtain it
• Experience supporting business development efforts and growth initiatives
• Familiarity with developing RFP responses, fee proposals, and staffing strategies within various vertical markets
• Involvement with local professional and business organizations, such as membership chapters, chambers of commerce, or rotary clubs
• A solid understanding of financial planning—including budgeting, leasing, and event coordination
• Ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities across diverse markets, teams, and leadership initiatives
