Fabrication Specialist

Join H2O Innovation as a Fabrication Specialist and help us simplify water treatment through advanced technology solutions. This permanent, full‑time role is based at our Champlin, MN plant.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $27.00/hr

• Regular first‑shift (day) hours

• Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10‑32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter.
• Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes.
• Cut & thread stainless steel pipe.
• Respect the project timeline.
• Ensure a good quality product by using attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Respect and follow safety regulations.

• At least 3 years of related fabrication or mechanical work experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous.
• Organized, rigorous, and meticulous.
• Positive and professional attitude toward teammates and clients.
