The Lindgren Group is seeking a Masking Technician for its Avtec Finishing facility in New Hope, MN. This full-time, direct-hire position starts at $25.00/hour with opportunities to increase earnings beyond base wage through overtime, bonuses, and profit sharing.
You will prepare and mask specific areas of parts, maintain high accuracy with small parts, and follow detailed job paperwork. A dependable, detail-oriented candidate who learns quickly will fit well in our production environment.
