Wicketer Operator; Mon-Thurs

Responsible for, but not limited to, running the wicketer and for maintaining a neat work area.

• Monitors the wicketer machine’s operation and speed
• Removes finished bundles, checks for defects, and places them into boxes
• Loads/unloads wicket bags and adjusts machine settings for different products
• Maintains machine cleanliness, performs basic troubleshooting, and follows safety protocols
• Follows ISO SOP’s as trained.

This position requires being on your feet a majority of the working day; able to lift 50 lbs. to waist level without assistance; requires a great deal of twisting, bending, and walking; able to use a forklift (trainable).

General comfort with and the ability to operate machinery and equipment; able to take directions from supervisor or press operator; able to work with deadlines and changing priorities; demonstrated accuracy with numbers and information; punctual.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to read and write in English
