Marshall Manufacturing is seeking a Lead Swiss CNC Machinist to lead their Swiss machining team in Minneapolis, MN.
If you are able to program, set up, and oper ate Swiss CNC machines as well as lea d a machining department, this is an opportunity you need to explore!

- Oversee Swiss CNC machining team and department
- Set-up Swiss CNC machines
- Operating Swiss CNC machines
- Perform quality inspection on completed parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
- Complete tool changes
- Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
- Determine/verify appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations
