Join a collaborative fabrication team in Minneapolis, MN 55414
Help us deliver precision sheet metal components that meet exacting customer specs. You’ll run critical operations and uphold quality from print to finished assembly.
About the role
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan work.
Set up and operate press brakes.
Run hardware insertion machines and complete assemblies to print.
Inspect work to confirm conformance with quality standards and tolerances.
Collaborate to troubleshoot fabrication issues and maintain workflow.
Keep the workspace clean and safe, following all safety regulations.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing position.
Strong grasp of fabrication techniques, shop math, and tooling.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Problem solver who works well independently and in a team setting.
Familiar with safety practices and compliance requirements in a fab shop.
Tools and proficiencies
Press brakes, hardware insertion equipment, basic assembly tools.
