Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. Paid parking provided.

What will I do?

The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager will collaborate with the Executive Vice President, Commercial, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with Prestige’s organizational goals and strategic objectives. This position will effectively lead our Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, and Community Engagement and Reputation Management. Additionally, the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager will collaborate with our leadership team on brand strategy and will plan, direct, or coordinate activities aligned with and support Prestige’s brand, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and competitive in the social landscape.

The role requires a creative thinker and strong executor with proven experience in driving brand growth, developing engaging content, and managing cross‑channel communications that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, influencers, and team members.
  • Manage press releases, media statements, and corporate communications in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support executive visibility through avenues such as interviews, articles, and thought‑leadership opportunities.
  • Collaborate on and coordinate PR efforts around major announcements, partnerships, events, or anything that improves, builds, and protects brand reputation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital campaigns such as email, paid ads, search engine optimization, and web content to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and produce short‑ and long‑form video content, including campaigns, announcements, and storytelling, such as event highlights, team features, and client success spotlights, with all visuals aligned with brand tone and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop data‑driven marketing initiatives that support business growth with a clear set of goals and defined metrics while keeping up to date on related emerging trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital metrics to measure impact and Return on Investment.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Social Media Management

  • Develop, lead, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, campaign, and content creation for all of Prestige’s social platforms (Linked In, Instagram, etc.) that aligns with the company’s brand, marketing goals, and target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels, ensuring all content complies with brand guidelines and legal/ethical standards.
  • Set measurable objectives such as engagement growth and brand awareness and establish clear KPI’s.
  • Monitor and report on engagement, respond to comments, and proactively identify emerging trends or opportunities.

Corporate Communications

  • Collaborate with EVP, Commercial, on a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that supports business goals and reinforces brand credibility.
  • Manage corporate messaging and narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all communications.
  • Work closely with Sales, Industry Relations, Event Services, Sourcing Team, Account Directors, Marketing Events, and Leadership Team for unified messaging and commercial alignment.
