Media DirectorDistributor Media Network Manager

Description We are looking for a strategic media leader to drive distributor-focused advertising and commerce initiatives for a retail organization. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can connect media strategy with sales impact, shopper engagement, and digital shelf performance in a fast-changing environment. The role calls for a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual who can translate data into practical actions while helping shape effective approaches across Distributor Media Networks.

Responsibilities:

- Create and lead media plans across Distributor Media Networks to support brand growth, demand generation, and commercial goals.

- Oversee campaign execution across sponsored listings, display placements, search programs, and digital merchandising opportunities within distributor platforms.

- Improve online product presence by strengthening assortment visibility, content quality, discoverability, and conversion performance across distributor sites.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, category, and external distributor teams to ensure media investments support broader business priorities.

- Evaluate campaign results, buyer behavior, and commerce performance data to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.

- Build reporting structures and measurement tools that track brand impact, revenue contribution, search visibility, digital shelf effectiveness, and related performance indicators.

- Identify ways to enhance the customer journey by increasing product findability and improving conversion opportunities at key decision points.

- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, campaign calendars, and partner relationships to deliver programs efficiently and effectively.

- Monitor developments in B2B commerce, distributor media offerings, and digital advertising channels to uncover new opportunities for growth. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, or a related discipline.

- At least 4 years of experience in retail media, shopper marketing, digital shelf strategy, eCommerce marketing, commerce media, or omnichannel marketing.

- Hands-on experience managing paid search, display advertising, digital merchandising, or similar media programs within commerce-driven environments.

- Strong analytical capability with a track record of interpreting campaign performance and commerce metrics to guide decisions.

- Background working with consumer brands, manufacturers, distributors, food service organizations, or commerce platforms.

- Ability to operate effectively in a developing channel where processes and best practices are still being established.

- Familiarity with digital media planning, eCommerce strategy, category management, and related advertising platforms is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
